Shawana was raised on the Westbank of New Orleans in Algiers and has 4 children. She became a real estate agent because she feels that everyone deserves the privelege of having somewhere to call home and because of her passion to always want to help the next person. She has also always wanted to dissect the world of commercial real estate, and, because of her “DIY" spirit, has an eagerness to become a house flipper. Shawana has the perfect husband who both shares her dream and encourages her to fulfill each and every goal she sets out to accomplish.

Helping people find and purchase their dream home, flipping houses, and becoming a successsful commercial real estate agent are just a few of things that aspire Shawana to not only learn all that she can, but to use that knowledge to educate her clients as they go through the leasing/purchasing process and to be with them every step of the way!

In her spare time, Shawana enjoys cooking, singing with a worship team who she has the pleasure of being the director of, attending ministry school, and most of all she loves spending quality time with her family in the beautiful city of New Orleans!
